1) Once you are at the footprints Login, you will use your network user name and password to login. (username not email address)
2) To create a new Ticket click on New Ticket. Your Personal Information will automatically populate. Under Issue information you will be able to choose the type of issue you would like to request help with. Under the Description you can give a detailed description of your request.
3) In the Type Drop Down, you will also find 4 forms that can be filled out: User Account Request Form, Employee Departing Form, Change Position Form, Move Form. When you choose this option from the drop down menu the associated form will open below.
